In the early stage, due to restrictions on the transportation of Party A's drilling materials, the team stopped work, and the equipment was moved back to the base for storage on June 13, 2023. Sudan Company closely followed Party A's DPOC's resumption plan and actively communicated. On October 18, it received the relocation order issued by Party A's DPOC.

After receiving the relocation order, Zhongyuan Engineering Company took immediate action. On November 7, all Chinese personnel successfully arrived at the Area 3/7 base to carry out equipment restart and various relocation preparations. Since the team thoroughly repaired, cleaned, lubricated and maintained the equipment before it was sealed, it ensured that the sealed equipment was in good condition and laid the foundation for rapid resumption of work.
