The well is characterized by deep burial, high pressure and multi-layer thin layer interlayer, which makes the transformation difficult. In order to complete the fracturing task of this well with high quality, Fracturing & Acidizing Company, the downhole operation company, carried out a special seminar and deployed to promote the work progress of the project; preferred advanced party members, technical backbones and outstanding youth to participate in the project implementation; the production organization was strictly in accordance with the requirements of the fracturing process of cable-pumped bridge plugs, sub-cluster injection and fracturing in sections, and was equipped with 28 units of fracturing trucks of type 2500, 28 sets of fluid tubes and 2 liquid supply skids, which could satisfy the designed construction volume In the production organization, the company strictly followed the requirements of cable-pumped bridge plug fracturing fracturing process; equipped 28 sets of 2500 fracturing trucks, 28 sets of hydraulic tubing and 2 fluid supply skids to meet the designed construction displacement; used its own L-type high-pressure tubing with large diameter to reduce the risk of failure of high-pressure tubing; used for the first time the 180 mm diameter 140 MPa rated pressure hydraulic high-pressure and low-pressure distributor to ensure that plug valves could be opened and closed remotely in all working conditions; strengthened the monitoring of pressure curves during the construction to optimize the construction parameters in real time, adjusted the sand concentration reasonably to keep the discharge rate stable to ensure the integrity of the wellbore, and meet the requirements of the geological and engineering design.
