Breaking The Record Again! The Fourth Drilling Of Shendi Chuanke 1 Well Was Successfully Completed

During the drilling of the fourth well, the on-site implementation team coordinated with relevant units on site to take a series of preventive measures in view of the complex geological engineering conditions, such as large size, long open hole, multiple pressure systems, narrow density window, high well control risk and multiphase fluid contamination.

When the well reached the completion depth of the fourth well, the floating weight of the drill bit was as high as 310 tons, nearly 30% higher than that of the neighboring wells; the circulation volume of drilling fluid was as high as 1,440 cubic meters, 3-4 times that of the neighboring wells, also setting a new world record.

Considering the long-term heavy-load work of the equipment on the drilling site, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the drilling equipment, the on-site implementation team decided to adopt a "predictive" inspection and maintenance system to track the inspection and replacement frequency of the core equipment wearing parts, and timely discover multiple signs of damage.
