Usage of the Loops:
Hose loops find application in high-pressure discharge pipelines, water supply lines, well test lines, cementing slurry lines, and other high-pressure supply lines. Comprising swivel joints and straight pipes, they offer flexibility, stability, quick installation, and easy dismantling. These loops can be easily connected to pumps or other pipes using unions.
Types of Hose Loops:
Three types of hose loops are available: short-radius flexible manifolds, long-radius flexible manifolds, and integral-type flexible manifolds. These are available in sizes of 1-1/2", 2", 3", and 4", and support pressures ranging from 5000 psi to 15000 psi (35 MPa to 105 MPa).
Features:
The swivel joints integrated into hose loops exhibit flexibility, shock resistance, vibration resistance, and substantial displacement capacity. These joints connect using wing unions, ensuring excellent sealing performance. They can be quickly tightened, disassembled, and conveniently stored or shipped.
Availability of Chiksan Loops:

3”: Short radius hose loop and long radius hose loop - Rated Working Pressures: 6000 psi, 10000 psi, 15000 psi
