The First Batch Of Underwater Central Manifold Of The Second Phase Of Deep-sea No. 1 Was Delivered On The 8th

Tianjin North Network news: To serve the development of deepwater oil and gas fields in the South China Sea, on the 8th, the first batch of underwater center manifails of the second phase of the "Deep-sea No. 1" project built by the CNOOC Tianjin Base were completed and delivered.
The underwater central manifold is mainly distributed among the wellhead groups on the seabed, which is responsible for collecting deep-sea oil and gas and transporting it to the offshore platform, and is also known as the underwater "oil and gas hub station". Located in Hainan, the second phase of the "Deep Sea One" project has three sets of underwater central manifold equipment, which is produced by the Tianjin base. Today, two units were completed and delivered. In the production, 80% have achieved domestic supply, including many core components such as high-strength carbon steel pipelines, levels, welding materials, which are purchased locally in Tianjin.
In two days, the first batch of equipment will be shipped to Hainan for commissioning.
At present, in the Tianjin base, the third set of central manifold and related supporting equipment are also stepping up production, and are expected to be delivered by the end of the year
