In terms of production organization, Shaanxi Yanchang Gasfield Company has formulated an annual maintenance plan in accordance with the natural gas production organization idea of ​​"no non-essential non-stop production and maintenance, and synchronous implementation of upstream and downstream", optimized and reduced the maintenance time of 6 well areas by 6 days, minimized the shutdown time, and increased production contribution by 59.43 million cubic meters. At the same time, the company carefully analyzed and judged the production and sales situation, combined with key elements such as production and construction projects, maintenance plans, and supply guarantee tasks, carefully compiled the 2024 production and operation plan, and introduced 5 aspects of production increase measures, focusing on daily quotas and refined management of gas wells, and scientifically guiding the implementation of tasks throughout the year. In addition, the gas field company also organized a labor competition activity of "working hard for four months to achieve 10 billion cubic meters", which fully mobilized the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all employees and improved the production and operation results. During the competition period, a total of 3.491 billion cubic meters of natural gas was produced, completing 102.9% of the competition target of 3.393 billion cubic meters.
