The reporter learned from PetroChina Daqing Oilfield that as of that day, PetroChina Daqing Oilfield had produced 30.041 million tons of crude oil this year, maintaining a stable production of 30 million tons for nine consecutive years; it had produced 5.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas, achieving steady growth for 13 consecutive years. Domestic and foreign oil and gas equivalents have remained above 40 million tons for 21 consecutive years, giving full play to the role of "ballast stone" and "backbone" in ensuring national energy security.

In 2023, Daqing Oilfield will seize the "lifeline" of exploration and increase reserves, deeply cultivate the rich oil and gas areas in the Songliao and Hailar basins, accelerate three-dimensional exploration in key areas such as Sichuan, Chongqing and Tadong, increase risk exploration in new areas and new areas, and obtain strategic discoveries in key areas. The Tongshen 6HC well in the Hechuan-Tongnan block increased production through horizontal well measures, and achieved an industrial breakthrough in the weakly clouded limestone reservoir, confirming that the limestone reservoir in the Mao 2 Member in the Hechuan area has the potential for efficient production, laying the foundation for realizing high-quality and reliable oil fields. In terms of oil and gas development, Daqing Oilfield organizes production operations efficiently, continues to deepen precise development, and goes all out to seize oil production to ensure "stable oil and gas growth." In terms of crude oil production, we focused on controlling decline in water flooding, improving the quality and efficiency of tertiary production, and building efficient production in new areas. Special teams were dedicated to promote key tasks to achieve "high level, high quality, and high efficiency" stable production. The natural decline rate and comprehensive decline rate of water flooding were Year-on-year decreases of 0.28 and 0.56 percentage points respectively, and tertiary oil recovery has achieved stable production of more than 10 million tons for 22 consecutive years. In terms of natural gas development, Songliao focuses on internal excavation and external expansion, improving the production, supply, storage and marketing system. The Sichuan and Chongqing regions continue to expand the production capacity of the Maokou Formation, accelerate the commissioning of the pilot test area, and promote the continuous increase of natural gas production.
"Grassing new energy as well as oil and gas production", Daqing Oilfield follows PetroChina's three-step overall plan of "clean substitution, strategic succession, and green transformation" and actively explores the integrated development path of oil and gas and new energy, and green and low-carbon development has entered the "express train" "Tao", the multi-energy complementary pattern is accelerated. The first phase of the Lamadian Oilfield Low-Carbon Demonstration Zone has been fully launched, with 256,000 kilowatts of new energy installed capacity, and four field tests of smart microgrid, green electricity hydrogen production, geothermal, and re-electrification have been simultaneously carried out; the Chaoyang U-shaped well geothermal heating test has been innovatively carried out , formed a series of technical experiences such as "threading a needle over a thousand meters" and "numerical simulation". The installed capacity of new energy power generation projects in operation in 2023 will be 215,900 kilowatts, and the annual power generation is expected to reach 388 million kilowatt hours.
