3. Calibration of boost jump method: the system artificially increases the pressure until the safety valve jumps to observe the opening pressure of the safety valve. This verification method will damage the professional sealing surface of the safety valve, and the risk of operation is greater than other methods.

Precautions for using air compressor safety valve:

1. The pressure will rise rapidly, and the discharge rate of the safety valve is less than the pressure rise rate.

2. There are strict sealing requirements.

3. The material in the container will cause the failure of the safety valve. If the material in the container contains many solid particles, the safety valve will not be tightly sealed after sedimentation.
