The 70DB intelligent drilling rig put into use has implemented intelligent transformations on the second-floor platform, wellhead, catwalk, etc. Among them, the "Iron Driller" is more than 2 meters high, replacing the traditional drilling hydraulic tongs, and consists of a control system and a power system. , has 3 sets of general bearings, which can automatically buckle and unclip the drill pipe, and realize "one-button control" of the manipulator on the drill table, the power catwalk, and the robotic arm on the second-floor platform.
"In the past, people were required to hold the drill pipe on the drilling platform, but now the robot automatically straightens, and the 'iron driller' does the tripping." Chen Jianguo, drilling supervisor of Tuha Oilfield, said that compared with ordinary drilling rigs, the 70DB intelligent drilling rig has improved drilling efficiency. 20%.
Well Lutan 1 has a designed well depth of 5,150 meters and is the first risky exploration well drilled in Tuha Oilfield this spring. Using the 70DB intelligent drilling rig to drill wells will further improve drilling efficiency and open a new drilling model in the Tuha Basin.
