What is the data header in well testing?
Data heads are high-pressure components used to collect wellbore production parameter data such as pressure, temperature, sand conditions. In addition, data heads are used for chemical injection and safety purposes. Data heads are typically installed before and after the choke manifold and downstream of the surface safety valve to obtain pressure and temperature data, produced fluid sampling, and chemical injection. Data heads are standardly equipped with high-pressure unions and can also be connected with hub-type connections.

Our data heads provide basic access to fluid streams for pressure and temperature data acquisition, fluid sampling, and chemical injection. With versatile port configurations, customizable valve options, and compliance with industry standards, our data heads ensure reliability, flexibility, and precision in every operation.
