The Annual Output Of The Yingshen 3-3 Well in Jilin Oilfield Exceeds 10 Million Cubic Meters! The Revenue Exceeds 20 Million Yuan

The Yingshen 3-3 well in Jilin Oilfield has produced more than 10 million cubic meters of gas. Since it entered system production on July 3 last year, the well has maintained a daily production of 25,000 cubic meters. According to the local gas price, it has generated more than 22 million yuan in revenue, achieving a good result of recovering costs and making a profit in the second year after it was put into production. This marks a new model for the efficient production of Songnan Gasfield, and provides a "Western Plan" for the efficient production of "low-pressure, low-yield" tight gas reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield.

Yingshen 3-3 Well is an evaluation well deployed by Jilin Oilfield in the central depression of Longshen Gas Field. The strata developed in this block are the pyroclastic rocks of the second member of Ying Formation, which are typical dense volcanic gas reservoirs with high density, deep burial depth and difficult development.

Since the development of Longshen Gas Field in 2012, various methods have been tried. Conventional gas tests were mostly used in the initial exploration and evaluation wells, and the vertical wells had low production and poor stable production. From 2012 to 2020, a series of large-scale production increase pilot tests were carried out. Although a breakthrough in production was achieved, there were problems such as large investment per well, low cumulative production, and poor benefits.

Starting from 2023, Jilin Oilfield has changed its overall concept from top-level design to specific implementation, focusing on efficiency and adopting an innovative market-oriented general contracting model. After the drilling of Yingshen 3-3 well on March 8, Jilin Western Oil and Gas New Energy Company overcame problems such as equipment shortages and difficulties in coordinating spring ploughing roads, and completed the drilling in 49 days, setting a record for the shortest drilling cycle of evaluation wells in Jilin exploration area, with an investment reduction of 32%. During the cementing construction, five "firsts" were created in Jilin Oilfield, namely, the first use of glass bead cement slurry system, the first use of foam low-density cementing for gas wells, the first use of fracturing vehicle group replacement for gas well cementing, the first time the entire well section with a maximum of 4,400 meters was completed in one cementing, and the first time eight units worked together. The "multi-cluster flow-limiting perforation + three-stage fracture network fracturing + multi-stage temporary plugging and diversion technology" was used for fracturing, and good results were achieved.

According to the effective direction of efficient development of gas wells explored by Yingshen 3-3 well, Jilin Oilfield has adopted the development strategy of overall deployment, evaluation first, and step-by-step implementation. In the first half of this year, while deploying 5 development wells in the central depression area, the evaluation well Yingshen 3-16 well was selected to be deployed in the northern slope area. The current daily output reaches 30,000 cubic meters, providing an effective basis for the construction of production in the slope area in the next step, and gradually realizing the efficient development and utilization of the reserves that have been used in the proven area of Longshen gas field.

In the next step, Jilin Western Oil and Gas New Energy Company will firmly grasp the work ideas of efficiency and output in the process of continuing gas reservoir understanding, top-level design, and project implementation. Through the dual drive of integrated model construction and technological innovation, it will continue to look for the best answer in the Longshen gas field with a capacity of 10 billion cubic meters, and make greater contributions to the "maintaining eight and striving for ten" of Songnan gas field and local economic prosperity.
