是1994年公布的石油名词.
远程控制台由油箱,泵组,蓄能器组,管汇,各种阀件,仪表及电控箱等组成.远程控制台的主要功能是由泵组产生高压控制液,并储存在蓄能器组中.当需要开,关防喷器时,来自蓄能器的高压控制液通过管汇的三位四通转阀被分配到各个控制对象(防喷器或者控制管汇)中.
远程控制台的特点:
1. 配有两套独立的动力源.
2. 蓄能器组有足够的高压液体储备,用以实现防喷器的开,关.蓄能器组系统共分成四组,当一个或一组蓄能器失效时,其容量损失不大于总容量的25%,并且每组管线上装有压力源隔离阀和泄压阀,泄压阀设有泄压管线,可将压力也排出瓶外.
3. 电动油泵和气动油泵均带有自动启动,停止的控制装置.
4. 每个防喷器的开,关动作均由相应的三位四通转阀控制.

Remote control console is a petroleum term published in 1994.
The remote control console consists of a fuel tank, a pump group, an accumulator group, a manifold, various valves, instruments and an electric control box. The main function of the remote control console is to generate high-pressure control fluid from the pump group and store it in the accumulator group. When the blowout preventer needs to be opened or closed, the high-pressure control fluid from the accumulator is distributed to each control object (blowout preventer or control manifold) through the three-position four-way rotary valve of the manifold.
Features of the remote control console:
1. Equipped with two independent power sources.
2. The accumulator group has sufficient high-pressure liquid reserves to open and close the blowout preventer. The accumulator group system is divided into four groups. When one or a group of accumulators fails, its capacity loss is no more than 25% of the total capacity, and each group of pipelines is equipped with a pressure source isolation valve and a pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve is equipped with a pressure relief pipeline to discharge the pressure out of the bottle.
3. Both the electric oil pump and the pneumatic oil pump are equipped with automatic start and stop control devices.
4. The opening and closing actions of each blowout preventer are controlled by the corresponding three-position four-way rotary valve.

司钻控制台
司钻控制台通常安装在钻台上,使司钻能够很方便地对防喷器实现遥控;辅助司钻控制台通常安装在值班室处,以备紧急情况下使用.
司钻控制台特点:
1 工作介质为压缩空气,保证操作安全.
2 各气转阀的阀芯机能均为Y型,并能自动复位,在任何情况下都不影响在远程控制台上对防喷器组进行遥控操作.
3 具有操作记亿功能.每个三位四通气转阀分别与一个显示气缸相接,当操作转阀到"开"位或"关"位时,显示窗口便同时出现"开"字或"关"字,气转阀手柄复位后,显示标牌仍保持不变,使操作人员能了解前一次操作的状态.
4 为确保对防喷器组的操作可靠无误,司钻控制台的转阀均采用二级操作的方式,即首先要扳动气源转阀,接通气源,同时扳动控制气转阀,才能使相应的控制对象动作.
气控型司钻台可以配合带报警远程控制台升级为带报警司钻控制系统,可以对蓄能器压力,电动机过载,气源压力不正常时进行声光报警.

Driller's console
The driller's console is usually installed on the drilling platform, so that the driller can easily remotely control the blowout preventer; the auxiliary driller's console is usually installed in the duty room for emergency use.
Features of the driller's console:
1 The working medium is compressed air to ensure safe operation.
2 The valve core function of each gas rotary valve is Y-type and can be automatically reset. Under no circumstances will it affect the remote control of the blowout preventer group on the remote console.
3 It has an operation memory function. Each three-position four-way gas rotary valve is connected to a display cylinder. When the rotary valve is operated to the "open" position or the "closed" position, the display window will simultaneously appear the word "open" or "closed". After the gas rotary valve handle is reset, the display sign remains unchanged, so that the operator can understand the status of the previous operation.
4 In order to ensure reliable and correct operation of the blowout preventer group, the rotary valves of the driller's console adopt a two-level operation method, that is, first turn the gas source rotary valve to connect the gas source, and at the same time turn the control gas rotary valve to make the corresponding control object move.
The gas-controlled drilling rig can be upgraded to a driller control system with alarm by combining with a remote control console with alarm, which can provide sound and light alarms for accumulator pressure, motor overload, and abnormal gas source pressure.

液压系统控制原理
储存在蓄能器组中的压力油通过蓄能器隔离阀(高压球阀),滤油器,再经减压溢流阀减压后,进入控制管汇,到各三位四通转阀进油口.同时来自蓄能器组的压力油经滤油器,进入控制环形防喷器的减压溢流阀,减压后专供环形防喷器使用.只需推动相应的三位四通转阀手柄,便可迅速实现"开","关"防喷器的动作.
三位四通转阀的换向也可通过司钻控制台遥控完成.首先扳动司钻控制台上控制气源开关的三位四通气转阀至开位,同时操作其它三位四通气转阀进行换向,压缩空气经空气管缆而进入远程控制台,控制相应的气缸,带动换向手柄,使远程控制台上相应的三位四通转阀换向.在司钻控制台上气转阀换向的同时,
压缩空气使显示气缸的活塞移动,司钻控制台上各气转阀上的圆孔内显示出"开"或"关"的字样,表示各防喷器处于"开"或"关"的状态.
气动油泵的控制
气控液型液控装置配有一组气动油泵.在没有电或不准用电时,系统的压力可由气动油泵或手动油泵提供.
配有气动油泵的控制系统,打开气源开关阀,关闭气路旁通阀,压缩空气经气源处理元件进入液气开关,如果此时管汇压力低于18.5MPa(2500psi),液气开关将自动开启,压缩空气进入气动油泵,驱动其运转,排出的压力油经单向阀进入管汇.当系统压力升至21MPa(3000psi)左右时,在压力油的作用下,液气开关自动关闭,切断气源,气动油泵停止工作.
在个别情况下,需要使用高于21MPa(3000psi)的压力油进行超压工作时,只能由气动油泵供油.此时应首先关闭管路上的蓄能器隔离阀,使压力油不能进入蓄能器组,同时将控制管汇上的减压溢流阀的旁通阀从"关"位扳至"开"位.打开液气开关的旁通阀使液气开关不起作用,压缩空气直接进入气动油泵使其运转.

The pressure oil stored in the accumulator group passes through the accumulator isolation valve (high-pressure ball valve), the oil filter, and then after being reduced in pressure by the pressure reducing relief valve, it enters the control manifold and reaches the oil inlet of each three-position four-way rotary valve. At the same time, the pressure oil from the accumulator group passes through the oil filter and enters the pressure reducing relief valve that controls the annular blowout preventer. After being reduced in pressure, it is exclusively used for the annular blowout preventer. Just push the corresponding three-position four-way rotary valve handle to quickly realize the action of "opening" and "closing" the blowout preventer.
The reversing of the three-position four-way rotary valve can also be completed remotely through the driller's console. First, turn the three-position four-way air rotary valve that controls the air source switch on the driller's console to the open position, and at the same time operate other three-position four-way air rotary valves for reversing. The compressed air enters the remote console through the air pipe cable, controls the corresponding cylinder, drives the reversing handle, and makes the corresponding three-position four-way rotary valve on the remote console reverse. At the same time as the pneumatic rotary valve on the driller's console is switched,
compressed air moves the piston of the display cylinder, and the words "open" or "closed" are displayed in the round holes on each pneumatic rotary valve on the driller's console, indicating that each blowout preventer is in the "open" or "closed" state.
Control of pneumatic oil pump
The pneumatic-liquid type hydraulic control device is equipped with a set of pneumatic oil pumps. When there is no electricity or electricity is not allowed, the system pressure can be provided by a pneumatic oil pump or a manual oil pump.
The control system equipped with a pneumatic oil pump opens the gas source switch valve, closes the gas bypass valve, and the compressed air enters the liquid-gas switch through the gas source processing element. If the manifold pressure is lower than 18.5MPa (2500psi) at this time, the liquid-gas switch will automatically open, and compressed air will enter the pneumatic oil pump to drive it to operate, and the discharged pressure oil will enter the manifold through the one-way valve. When the system pressure rises to about 21MPa (3000psi), under the action of the pressure oil, the liquid-gas switch automatically closes, the gas source is cut off, and the pneumatic oil pump stops working.
In some cases, when it is necessary to use pressure oil higher than 21MPa (3000psi) for overpressure work, the oil can only be supplied by the pneumatic oil pump. At this time, the accumulator isolation valve on the pipeline should be closed first to prevent the pressure oil from entering the accumulator group, and the bypass valve of the pressure relief valve on the control manifold should be switched from the "off" position to the "on" position. Open the bypass valve of the liquid-gas switch to make the liquid-gas switch inoperative, and the compressed air directly enters the pneumatic oil pump to make it operate.
