My Country's First Digitally Certified Mobile Offshore Survey Test Platform Delivered

On May 20, the Zhongnan Institute of Power Construction Corporation of China's offshore survey and test platform (hereinafter referred to as the Zhongnan Institute's 520 offshore survey test platform) was delivered at the Haixi Heavy Machinery Terminal in Qingdao's West Coast New Area. According to reports, this is my country's first digitally certified mobile offshore survey test platform.
Zhongnan Institute of Technology's 520 offshore survey test platform adopts a four-leg self-elevating type. It has a streamlined hull and a large deck area of 1,100 square meters, which can meet the needs of 60 people for continuous offshore operations for 25 days. The platform is designed to operate at a water depth of 75 meters, with a maximum operating water depth of up to 85 meters. It meets the requirements for wind farm engineering surveys in various sea areas planned by my country, and can carry out high-precision ocean survey operations, marine resource surveys, and earth science research.
In addition, the platform can also be used as a carrier and test verification equipment to serve the testing and empirical research of new ocean exploration equipment.
It is understood that the 520 offshore survey test platform of Zhongnan Institute of Technology is currently the comprehensive offshore engineering survey and scientific research platform with the highest degree of digital intelligence and the most comprehensive integrated functions in China. Power Construction Corporation of China's Zhongnan Research Institute has developed a digital twin system, an intelligent energy efficiency management system, a digital survey system and an intelligent monitoring system for platform customization. Based on the collection of meteorological, hydrological, strain and other monitoring data, these systems can achieve real-time dynamic monitoring of platform navigation status, energy efficiency status, and structural status through the integrated application of digital twins, numerical inversion, AI intelligent analysis and other digital intelligence technologies. , providing scientific decision-making support basis for equipment predictive maintenance and platform operation strategies.
