Available in stock at our Houston distribution center, our Hammer Unions feature three lug nuts and self-locking ACME threads for quick make-up and break-out, are color coded for easy identification, and come with a unique identification for sour gas unions. All of our Hammer Unions meet or exceed National Association of Corrosion Engineers standard NACE MR-01-75 and API RP-14E, and are manufactured from quality steel meeting ASTM and/or AISI standards. Our Hammer Unions provide pressure-tight and positive sealing for low-pressure services (500 to 2,000 PSI) with a metal-to-metal seal formed by the spherical surface male sub and angular surface female sub, and a ball and tangent for a perfect seal. Our Hammer Unions range from 1/2" to 12" with cold working pressures from 500 to 20,000 PSI, and are fully interchangeable with most major brands.
