Five drilling world records, including the longest continuous coring footage in the horizontal section of a long and single well, the longest core length in the horizontal section, the longest long-tube coring footage in a single horizontal section, and the highest average coring yield rate in the horizontal section, mark Fuling. The drilling and coring technology in post-fracturing fracture areas of shale gas fields has reached the world's leading level.
Jiaoye 66 East platform is located in Nanmu Village, Jiaoshi Town. Among them, wells Jiaoye 66-1, 2, 3, and 4 are directional coring wells in the fracture area after shale gas pressure, while Jiaoye 66- Well Q5 is the first well in China to coring the horizontal section of the fracture zone after shale gas pressure. The purpose is to use a variety of coring methods to clarify the three-dimensional spatial fracture distribution characteristics of the Jiaoshiba three-dimensional development zone of the Fuling shale gas field, and to evaluate the fracture distribution in small wells. It is understood that in order to promote the difficult coring work, the gas field has carried out program demonstration, tool improvement and measure formulation in advance. A technical team for post-pressure drilling and coring of shale gas wells has been established to provide tracking and guidance throughout the well process, including preparation of coring tools and drilling fluids. Overall management of performance control, complex trajectory control, coring parameter optimization, etc. In addition, the technical team also carried out research on coring problems, using "three-cylinder and six-cylinder connection" coring technology to explore the ultimate capabilities of long-cylinder coring tools and improve the stability and efficiency of coring operations.
