The first batch drilling and fracturing of Zhundong shale oil on multiple platforms this year has completed 257 fracturing sections in 7 wells on two platforms, and the Ji 2824B-1H well has set a new record for the largest number of fracturing sections in a single well in the history of shale oil fracturing in Tuha Oilfield. With the completion of the 44th section of the Ji 2824B-1H well, it marks the successful completion of the first batch drilling and fracturing of Zhundong shale oil on multiple platforms this year, especially the Ji 2824B-1H well has set a new record for the largest number of fracturing sections (44 sections) in a single well in the history of shale oil fracturing in Tuha Oilfield.

According to the plan of China National Petroleum Corporation, the Jimusar National Continental Shale Oil Demonstration Area will be successfully built and achieve an annual production of 1.7 million tons of shale oil in 2025. Among them, Tuha Oilfield has completed the construction and production of 300,000 tons. Since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the overall deployment of the development of Zhundong shale oil, for Block 28 of Jilin, the company plans to adopt the upgraded version of the volume fracturing 2.0 technical solution of "long horizontal section + extreme dense cutting + high strength + composite temporary plugging + pre-placed carbon dioxide" in the first half of the year, and complete 257 sections of fracturing in 7 wells on two platforms. In the design of the fracturing scheme, compared with the "two increases and two decreases" of parameters in 2024, the average liquid intensity and sand addition intensity are increased, the cluster spacing and liquid-sand ratio are reduced, and the early sand addition and continuous sand addition processes are matched to achieve full transformation of the reservoir. In view of the problem that the temporary plugging effect of a single knot is not obvious, the engineering and technical personnel have innovatively adopted the composite temporary plugging fracturing process of "knot + particles", which has achieved effective plugging of the dominant fractures near the wellbore, promoted the opening and uniform extension of multiple fractures, and achieved the purpose of true "dense cutting". In view of the problem that the pressure response of the single-slip soluble bridge plug is not obvious when it touches the ball and the effectiveness of the isolation cannot be judged, the "double-slip" high-temperature resistant soluble bridge plug is actively matched, which has a stronger sealing ability and realizes effective isolation between sections. In order to further reduce the cost of fracturing, low-cost dry powder variable viscosity fracturing fluid and produced water compound fluid are used in fracturing construction, and the unit cost of fracturing fluid is reduced by more than 10%. The two platforms have used a total of 11,294 cubic meters of produced water, saving about 426,000 yuan in investment. During the fracturing construction, the Development Division, Oil Production Technology Research Institute, Western Drilling Tuha Downhole Company and other units closely organized and coordinated, and all personnel quickly entered the "wartime state" to overcome multiple difficulties such as equipment failure, strong winds and rainy weather, staggered electricity consumption, and difficulty in adding sand to the formation. The two platforms have accumulated 64 days of construction and achieved safe operation. The maximum number of construction sections per day on the Ji 2830 platform reached 6 sections, and the two platforms achieved simultaneous construction of fracturing pry capacitors without accidents. The fracturing operation speed of the Ji-2824 platform was increased by 0.4 sections/day compared with the Ji-2830 platform, and the highest construction efficiency reached 6 sections/day. It was completed 6 days ahead of schedule, successfully realizing the cross-zipper construction of ground and underground wells, and achieving a breakthrough in the continuous sanding construction process during the high-pressure and small pressure difference sanding window period. In the next step, the Tuha Oilfield Development Division will continue to efficiently organize the drilling and plugging operations of the 7 wells, maximize the production capacity of the oil wells as soon as possible, and lay the foundation for completing the task target of 300,000 tons of shale oil production in Zhundong by 2025.
