Since the beginning of this year, Tarim Oilfield has accelerated the "monetization" of production capacity by strengthening a new round of drilling and completion speed and efficiency plans, laying a solid foundation for completing the annual oil and gas production tasks.

In view of the actual situation of the Tarim Oilfield, which has a wide drilling area, difficult construction well types, and comprehensive exploration and development into ultra-deep layers, on the basis of continuing to deepen new drilling general contracting and strengthening bottleneck technology research, it has increased technical management efforts and released pre-drilling well sites. Five new-round drilling and completion speed and efficiency implementation plans including "downsizing", mature block well structure and development well speed optimization were implemented, 42 drilling speed-increasing measures were improved and optimized, source design and process management were strengthened, and geological engineering, Party A and Party B, as well as the "three integrations" of scientific research and production, made every effort to fill the "progress bar" for increasing drilling speed and drilled a number of record-breaking index wells, which greatly improved the level of drilling and completion construction and the quality of the project.

The two oil and gas-rich areas of Kuqa Mountain Piedmont and Fumman Oilfield are the main productive areas of Tarim Oilfield. Due to different levels of stratigraphic complexity, Fuman Oilfield has broken through the bottleneck of speed-up technology with the full-scale production capacity construction, while the Bozi-Dabei block faces world-class problems such as a huge thick gravel layer of more than 5,000 meters, which far exceeds the existing engineering and technical capabilities. , the drilling cycle has always been more than 250 days.

In the Fuman Oilfield, Tarim Oilfield engineering and technical personnel used "three integrations" to achieve a single drilling footage of 2,145 meters in three drillings of the Full-depth 805 Well, setting a new record for the block's one-trip drilling footage. It only took 61.6 days to drill to 8,000 meters. The well is deep. This record was broken during the drilling process of Manshen Well 807. By strengthening the awareness of efficient drilling, improving management capabilities, and implementing speed-increasing measures, Well Manshen 807 took 59.92 days to drill to a depth of 8,000 meters, shortening the domestic 8,000-meter vertical well drilling cycle to less than 60 days, providing a powerful basis for the efficient production of the Tarim Oilfield. Engineering technical support also provides advanced ideas and experience for domestic ultra-deep well drilling speed-increasing technology.

In response to world-class problems such as ultra-deep, ultra-high temperature, ultra-high pressure, and extremely thick gravel layers faced in drilling operations in the Kuqa piedmont, Tarim Oilfield has strengthened the well director responsibility system, based on daily risk analysis and "three improvements" as a guarantee, drawing lessons from Based on the advanced speed-increasing experience in the block, we formulated reasonable risk prevention and control measures, continued to optimize the speed-increasing plan, and accelerated the drilling speed. Well Bozi 101-4 deepens the geological research of the block, uses air drilling technology to replace conventional vertical drilling tools, and uses "high-torque screw + vertical drilling + special-shaped tooth PDC bit" in the lower formation to achieve accelerated drilling of the diagenetic section of the gravel layer. In the high-pressure salt water layer, gypsum salt layer and target layer, the drilling fluid density was optimized, and the well was drilled to a depth of 7045 meters in only 180.21 days, 94.79 days ahead of schedule. For the first time, the drilling cycle in the Bozi block was shortened to within 200 days.

Tarim Oilfield strengthens single project management based on daily fee system and achieves speed-up of the entire wellbore system. During the construction of Well Ha 16-H10, Tarim Oilfield achieved a single-day drilling footage of 188 meters in the target layer by optimizing the well structure, refining construction parameters, strengthening process connection and other measures to improve speed and efficiency, breaking the single-day drilling footage record in the basin area. , leading the block to speed up drilling and completion, reduce drilling costs, and achieve scientific and efficient drilling. During the Spring Festival, during the construction of Well Botan 1, construction workers lowered the new 219.08 mm casing and hanger into place for the first time and successfully carried out cementing construction, adding another engineering tool to ultra-deep oil and gas exploration, and also opening the door to seven for PetroChina.
