The Yingcheng Formation reservoir in Yingtai area is deeply buried and has poor physical properties, making fracturing difficult. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the fracturing transformation of the well, the technical personnel of the Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute integrated geology and engineering, and "intensively cultivated" each well with a policy, strengthened the identification of "sweet spots", and on the basis of the "three-stage" seam network fracturing technology, targeted application of a series of supporting technologies such as high-intensity sand addition, waterproof surface lock active agent, medium-temperature low-cost fracturing fluid system and full-well quartz sand replacement to achieve effective horizontal and vertical transformation of the entire well section, and at the same time equipped with waterproof surface lock active agent to reduce reservoir damage and improve development benefits.

The project team combined the early data of the block with the test simulation, and carried out the field test of the integrated "wellbore" slimming of the drilling and production in the Yingshen 3-16 well. After multiple demonstrations and analyses, repeated discussions, and under the premise of meeting the transformation needs, we strived not to increase the fracturing investment under the condition of small casing, and rationally optimized the key parameters of 5-inch casing fracturing.

The fracturing center gave full play to the exemplary role of party members, set up a front-line command team of party members to personally guide on site, flexibly adjusted the plan according to the on-site situation, overcame the unfavorable factors such as deep reservoir burial and high stress, repeatedly adjusted and controlled the sand feeding speed, solved the risk problems such as high pressure and difficulty in adding sand, and successfully completed 6 stages of fracturing, with a displacement of 14 cubic meters per minute, 853 cubic meters of sand, 11,209 cubic meters of liquid, 100.3% of sand completion rate, and 96.1% of liquid completion rate, ensuring that the fracturing transformation effect meets the design expectations. Up to now, the 4mm oil nozzle has been produced, the oil pressure is 18.5 MPa, the casing pressure is 24.1 MPa, the daily gas production is 34,000 cubic meters, and the return rate is 19.2%.

The successful completion of the fracturing of the Yingshen 3-16 well achieved a breakthrough in fracturing technology, which is of great significance for evaluating the single-well production capacity of the Yingtai deep layer and Dehui tuff production capacity construction area, expanding the tight gas production area and exploring engineering technologies for increasing production and reducing costs.
