① Keep the outside and moving parts of the valve clean and protect the integrity of the valve paint.
The surface of the valve, the trapezoidal thread on the valve stem and the valve stem nut, the sliding part of the valve stem nut and the support, as well as the gear, worm gear and other parts are easy to deposit a lot of dirt such as dust, oil stain and medium residue, which will wear and corrode the valve. The valve should be kept clean frequently. The general dust on the valve is suitable for brush brushing and compressed air purging, or even copper wire brushing until the machined surface and mating surface show metallic luster and the paint surface shows the natural color of paint. The steam trap shall be in the charge of a specially assigned person, and shall be inspected at least once per shift; Open the flushing valve and the bottom plug of steam trap regularly for flushing, or disassemble it regularly for flushing to avoid dirt blocking the valve.
② Keep the lubrication of the valve, the trapezoidal thread of the valve, the valve stem nut and the sliding part of the support.
Good lubrication conditions are required for the bearing position, the meshing parts of gears and worm gears and other cooperative moving parts to reduce mutual friction and avoid mutual wear. For the parts without oil cup or nozzle that are easy to be damaged or lost during operation, the lubrication system shall be repaired and equipped, and the dredging of oil circuit shall be verified.
Lubricating parts shall be lubricated regularly according to specific conditions. Frequently opened valves with high temperature are suitable for refueling once a week to a month; If the valve is not opened frequently and the temperature is not high, the refueling cycle can be longer. Lubricants include engine oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide and graphite. Engine oil is not suitable for high temperature valves; Butter is also not suitable. They will be lost by melting at high temperature. High temperature valve is suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and wiping graphite powder. Exposed lubricating parts, such as trapezoidal threads, between teeth and other parts, are easy to be contaminated with dust if grease such as butter is used, while molybdenum disulfide and graphite powder are not easy to be contaminated with dust and the lubrication effect is better than butter. Graphite powder is not easy to be directly coated. It can be used by mixing a little oil or water into paste.
The plug valve for oil filling and sealing shall be filled with oil according to the specified time, otherwise it is easy to wear and leak.
③ Keep the two pieces complete and intact.
The bolts of flange and support shall be complete and fully buckled, and looseness is not allowed. If the fastening nut on the hand wheel is loose, it shall be tightened in time to avoid wearing the connection or losing the hand wheel. After the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace the hand wheel with a movable plate, which should be matched in time. The packing differential pressure shall not be skewed or have no pre tightening clearance. In the environment easily polluted by rain, snow, dust and other dirt, the valve rod shall be equipped with a protective cover. The scale on the valve shall be complete and accurate. The lead seal, cap and pneumatic accessories of the valve shall be complete and intact. The insulation jacket shall be free of depression and crack.
In addition, it is not allowed to knock, support heavy objects or stand on the valve, so as not to dirty the valve and damage the valve. Especially for non-metallic mesh doors and cast iron valves, we should pay more attention to these taboos.
④ Maintain routine maintenance of electric devices.
Generally, the maintenance of electric device shall not be less than once a month. The maintenance contents include: the appearance shall be clean without dust, and the device shall not be contaminated by steam water and oil; The sealing surfaces and points shall be firm and tight. No leakage; The lubricating parts shall be filled with oil according to the regulations, and the valve nut shall be filled with grease; The electrical part shall be intact without phase failure, the automatic switch and thermal relay shall not trip, and the indicator light shall display correctly.
