From 1,007.9 meters in Jiaoye 1HF well to 4,286 meters in Jiaoye 18-S12HF, Zhang Yuqiang, deputy manager of Jianghan Oilfield Engineering Technology Management Department and Oil and Gas Production Capacity Construction Management Center, witnessed that the length of the horizontal section of shale gas wells continued to exceed the "upper limit" and maintained the domestic page The record for the longest horizontal well in rock and gas.
Zhang Yuqiang introduced that horizontal fracturing is the key to shale gas wells. In view of the difficulty in returning drilling cuttings in ultra-long horizontal sections and the tendency to get stuck and blocked, technicians optimized the pre-fluid, refined the well dredging, drilling and hole cleaning plans, and continued to strengthen cyclic sand discharge to ensure ultra-long drilling operations. The long horizontal section of the wellbore is clean and smooth, reducing friction.
During the drilling process, they controlled the drilling parameters in a targeted and real-time manner, successfully drilling the ultra-long horizontal section in one trip. In order to ensure that the casing can be pushed forward smoothly for more than 4,000 meters, technicians took measures such as optimizing the pipe string structure to achieve smooth casing removal.
At present, the center has developed innovative technologies such as key equipment and tool matching for ultra-long horizontal wells, friction and drag reduction for ultra-long horizontal wells, and dynamic optimization of drilling parameters for ultra-long horizontal wells to achieve "drilling fast, drilling accurately, and drilling well." ".
