Adjustable Choke Valve Exported

Needle and Seat design is a simple, reliable adjustable choke suitable for standard erosive, corrosive and less severe services. It features a standard choke body assembly with a wing nut style bonnet for quick tear down, interchangeable components for maximum flexibility, and meets or exceeds the requirements of API 6A. This adjustable choke is ideal for use in X-mas trees, production applications, choke and kill manifold, well testing and clean-up operations. The adjustable needle and seat assembly can be provided in both manual and automated operation and is equipped with a conical tip rising needle, stainless steel seat, and an indicator calibrated in 1/64” increments for effective orifice diameters. For highly erosive service, a tungsten carbide tipped needle and tungsten carbide lined seat are available.
