On the other hand, the company organized experts to conduct risk analysis, sort out the well structure, geological conditions, operational risk points and countermeasures in detail, and provide strong guidance to the site. In the later stage, experienced drilling experts stationed in the "Chen Zhonghua Model Worker Innovation Studio" were sent to the site for "well setting guidance" to provide experience in drilling operations, use of fine pressure control equipment, and response to complex situations in key well sections to help complete drilling safely and efficiently.

The second drilling adopts an unused mechanical top drive casing running tool, and the third drilling also adopts an unused precision managed pressure drilling technology. Faced with two "firsts", the well team members cooperated tacitly, the driller and assistant driller were skilled in operations, and the team leader was on duty throughout the entire process. The operating parameters were accurately adjusted according to the actual conditions such as torque and friction, and no technical problems occurred. The deck planned the set in advance. Strengthen inspection and maintenance of key equipment. This well has not been shut down for repairs due to pipeline bursts or other reasons. For persistently high loads, "equipment life cycle management" should be rationally used to monitor top drives, mud pumps, etc. in real time to maintain normal operation.
